Casamia Showroom
DUBAI

Casamia is a premier design hub and resource library for interior designers, architects and developers, curated around the concept of the Art of Living. The showroom is the largest flagship of its kind in the Middle East and features leading furniture, kitchen, sanitaryware and tile brands, alongside relaxed meeting spaces for project consultations.

Design Concept

As the showroom comprises multiple room sets and feature displays, each zone required its own individual lighting scheme to define both the brand and products on show. Illumination levels were carefully balanced across the adjacent zones to subtly accentuate each area while maintaining visual harmony throughout the space.

Key Lighting Solutions

A flexible backbone of light

Responding to a layout that is constantly evolving, we used an adjustable track and spotlight system in the main showroom to embed versatility into the design. The positioning and angle of each light source can be easily modified to accent specific products and highlight key focal points.

Adaptable lighting control

A user-friendly DALI system reinforces the flexibility of the scheme, enabling the client to adjust the ambience of the lighting for presentations, Q&A sessions and events. The system offers both pre-set lighting scenes and the ability to control fixtures on an individual basis.

Showcasing the materials

Integrated linear lighting elevates the materials library, washing the various surfaces with light to draw out the natural characteristics of the products. High-CRI LED fittings were used to accurately render the colours and textures of the materials.
