In this 208-seat restaurant, the lighting design is carefully integrated to elevate both the standout architectural features and the guest experience, transforming the space into an immersive, luxurious yet inviting atmosphere, layered in ambiance.

Soft cove lighting casts an atmospheric glow throughout the space, while hidden black spotlights, tucked into the intricate lattice ceiling, provide subtle ambient illumination for diners. These lighting features complement the stunning central candlelight chandelier, a tribute to Scandinavian traditions of reverence for light, inspired by Nordic winters. The result is a harmonious balance of functionality and aesthetic brilliance, allowing both the chandelier and the bold interior design to shine.

Throughout Studio Frantzén Social Dining & Bar, lighting is designed to enhance key areas such as the chandelier-adorned atrium, the open kitchen, and the private dining room, creating an immersive environment. Ultra-minimalist downlights are embedded throughout the space, offering warm and moody illumination that blends effortlessly with the vibrant colours and luxurious materials. Lines of light running along the decorative wood panelling add warmth, becoming particularly intimate and cozy in the private dining room.

The bar area is a visual focal point, with a backlit bar surface that uses hidden lights behind glass panels to create an ethereal sense of depth and dimension. Joinery lighting adds functional illumination while ensuring the bar remains the brightest point in the room, drawing guests’ attention. In the open kitchen and dining areas, narrow beams of light highlight specific zones, guiding guests through the curated culinary experience.
